1. HOW DO YOUR TEES, SWEATSHIRTS AND HOODIES FIT?
Most of our tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex unless otherwise stated. If you are in between sizes we recommend you size up, if you are unsure about which size to order please email us
2. CAN I REQUEST A DESIGN TO BE PRINTED ON A DIFFERENT STYLE OR COLOR THAN THE ONES LISTED ON THE SITE?
Yes! please feel free to contact us with any customized tees you may want
3. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges
4. I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES?
Unfortunately color or size changes cannot be made once the order has been placed. However, address changes can be made for 4 hours after the order has been placed, if you need to change your address please contact us within that period of time. Any requests made after 4 hours cannot be guaranteed.
5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED? AND DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Ready to ship items are shipped within 2-4 days of purchase. All other orders have a 2-3 and a half week turn around time not counting shipping transit (3-5 business days).
Yes, we ship worldwide! But please note that international orders have the same processing time, however, arrival time will be longer than U.S. orders and can take anywhere from 7-25 business days to arrive (after processing time).
In some instances where an order may take upwards of a month to deliver. Not all tracking events may be represented in real-time, and this causes a shipment to appear stalled at a particular place/event. There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:
• Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
• Local customs department processing time
For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date with certainty for international deliveries.
We are also not responsible for any custom chargers, lost packages or additional fees.
